Information is collected about you when you fill in a contact form, email directly, or sign up for a course and may include any of the following:

Account details, if you pay for a course via online banking
Medical information when you attend a course (this information is removed/shredded immediately after the course and is for emergency  purposes only)

Why we need your data

Information is needed in order to fulfil your request, eg, if you fill out a contact form, the information you provide is used to contact you directly. You may be contacted to follow up on the service and user experience provided by me. Information collected via the website is used to personalise your repeat visits. We will take cautionary measures to avoid collecting any personal data from you which is not needed to provide and oversee the above services to you.

How long is your data stored?

If we provide any paid for services to you, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Information used for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Marketing
We would like to send you updates and information about products and services provided by us which may be of interest to you. We will not pass on your information to any third party.
